Hi :o)
Simple question (maybe Bev has the answer is his new trivia book? :o)
In The Stand: Complete and Uncut, and as "the circle" is "opening", there is
a scene when Lloyd Henreid is in prison behind bars for the stupidities he
committed with that other one (what was his name?) who got shot in the face.
Now before everybody dies out on poor Lloyd (and the walkin' dude comes and
"saves" him -yeah right, what a salvation!) there is a scene when, Captain
Trips still in its (or shall we say Its but then that wouldn't be but way
too loose and inaccurate) brewing stage, the court assigns a lawyer for
Lloyd. A lawyer who, sneezing occaisonally, talks with Lloyd in a funny
you-are-scum sort of tone and keeps calling him Sylvester because after all,
his (poor Lloyd's) name didn't matter in the Grand Scheme of Law-Things. Or
so I remember (from having read The Stand back in 1997 and never re-read it
since I do not do rereads at all and in principle).
What was the name of that lawyer??
